Granddaddy Purple is a West Coast American classic bred by Ken Estes in San Francisco in 2003 from Purple Urkle and Big Bud. It became the defining purple indica of its generation, known for its deep violet hues and heavy fruity sweetness. At 75% indica and up to 20% THC, it delivers euphoric, relaxing and sleep-promoting effects with flavours of blueberry, candy and fruit. Indoors it produces 450–500 gr/m² in 55–65 days at 70–120 cm. Outdoor plants stay compact at 120–150 cm with 550–600 gr per plant.
