Due to the nature of the products (collectible seeds), we do not accept returns on opened or unsealed packs. Unopened packs may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit — contact us first to initiate the process.
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no charge.
If your tracked order shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll raise a trace with the carrier. Confirmed lost shipments are reshipped free of charge. We cannot be held responsible for packages seized at customs.
Refunds are issued as store credit or back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Crypto refunds are issued in the same token at current market rate at time of refund.
Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged by their country. We ship seeds as collectible souvenirs and mark packages accordingly, but we cannot guarantee customs outcomes. We do not refund orders seized by customs authorities.
