These Terms & Conditions govern your use of westcoastseeds.fun and any purchase made through it. By accessing the website or completing a purchase, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
All seeds are sold as collectible souvenir items only. West Coast Seeds does not sell seeds for germination purposes. We make no guarantee regarding germination rates. Customers purchase seeds knowing that cultivation may be illegal in their jurisdiction and do so at their own risk.
You must be 18 or older to purchase from this website. By completing a purchase, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect was placed by a minor without notice.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — orders are accepted at the point of dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing an order. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
Opened or used products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Damaged or lost orders are handled per our Shipping & Returns policy. Refunds are not issued for packages seized at customs.
